COON RAPIDS, Minn. -- The fifth property in the city's 'Home For Generations' program is off the market.

A couple has offered to purchase the home on Xavis Street for $144,900, the home's list price. Last week, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority approved the purchase agreement. Closing is planned later this month.

Hundreds of people toured the demonstration property in recent weeks to get remodeling ideas for their own homes.
