one that offers incentives for remodeling to homeowners
the other will help Coon Rapids residents and business owners.

HOME FOR GENERATIONS II

AThe City of Coon Rapids is offering incentives to homeowners who do large remodeling projects as part of the Home for Generations II program.  You could receive up to $5,000 on a remodel that features both interior and exterior improvements.
